So, it’s not only creamy and dairy free, but it’s out of this world amazing! I’ll tell you a secret – I HATE Mushrooms! I hate the texture, the flavor, everything about them BUT they make this recipe and I’m literally obsessed with this dish, I kid you not!! Haha!
It doesn’t get any better than this folks. I like to make zoodles (zucchini noodles) with this and sauté them in some Ghee and spices or even asparagus and add them right to your skillet and make it easy .
